What These Terms Cover and Why You Should Read Them These are the terms and conditions under which we supply you with products, whether they be physical items, digital information, or both.

Before submitting your order to us, carefully read these terms. These terms explain who we are, how we will provide you with products, how you and we may modify or terminate the contract, what to do in the event of a dispute, and other crucial details. Please get in touch with us to discuss if you believe there is an error in these terms.

  1. Music Radio Creative Ltd., a business registered in England and Wales, is the owner and operator of radiorajasthan@gmail.com (the “site”). Our company’s Radio Rajasthan 90.8 FM – Jaipur Road, Sikar, is where we have our registered office.

  1. 3 If we need to get in touch with you, we’ll do it by phone or in writing to the email or postal address you gave us when placing your order.

 

  1. 4 Emails are included when we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms.

3. Changes to Terms

  1. 1 We reserve the right to amend, add, or remove any of these terms and conditions at any time. Each modification will take effect as soon as it is posted. Please routinely review these terms and conditions for updates.

 

  1. 2 You are deemed to have accepted any modifications to the terms and conditions by your continuing use of the website and your purchase of products from it after they have been posted. Please review the terms before to making any purchases.

 

  1. 3 We will let you know about the modifications if the revised terms apply to your order. You may terminate your relationship with us in relation to any Products you have not yet received as a result of these changes (unless we have sent you a Processing Confirmation). We will reimburse you for your purchase amount if you decide to cancel.

4. Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy

5. Acceptance of Order

  1. 1 If you are under the age of 18, we cannot accept your Order.

 

  1. 2 A contract between you and us will be created once we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order (the “Order Confirmation”).

 

  1. 3 If you have already paid for the Products and we are unable to deliver one of them to you because it is out of stock, we can’t meet the specified delivery date, or there was an error in the price listed on our website, we will let you know and will refund your money in full as soon as we can.

6. “Processing” Notification

  1. 1 Once the creative process starts, we will give you a “Processing Notification” if you have ordered one of our custom recorded items.

 

7. Our Products

  1. 1 There are times when it may not be possible to complete your request, such as when a Voice Artist is unable or unable to record your script. If this occurs, we will email you as quickly as possible to offer you a different voicemail (and we will attempt to match the attributes of your chosen artist as closely as possible). You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you decide not to move forward.

8. Your Rights to Make Changes

 

8.2 Email us at radiorajasthan@gmail.com if you need to make changes to the product you’ve ordered. If there is a chance for the change, we’ll let you know. If it is feasible, we will inform you of any adjustments to the product’s pricing, the date of supply, or anything else required as a result of your desired change and solicit your confirmation that you want to proceed. You may seek to terminate the contract if we are unable to make the change or if the results of the change are intolerable to you.

9. Delivery

9.1 In the order confirmation email you will receive after placing your order, we will include the anticipated delivery date. Our typical processing times for spoken audio are 3-5 working days and for sung audio are 7-10 working days. Circumstances beyond of our control could occasionally influence our delivery date; in such case, please refer to condition 15 below.

 

 

9.2 When we send the Products to the email address you provided, delivery of an Order is regarded to have been completed, and you are then in charge of the Products. For our communications to be sent without being flagged as spam by your server, please add radiorajasthan@gmail.com to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.

  1. 3You will become the owner of the Products upon receipt of full payment (including all applicable shipping charges).

 

 

9.4 If you meet any of the following criteria, you may cancel your Order right away:

 

If any of the following applies: A. We have refused to deliver the Products; B. You made it clear while submitting the order that delivery within the delivery deadline was crucial, and C. You told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was crucial.

D.) if the Products are not delivered within 30 days.

E.) If you don’t want to treat the contract as being over right immediately or don’t have the legal authority to do so under this paragraph 9, you can offer us a new, reasonable deadline for delivery. If we don’t fulfil the new deadline, you can treat the contract as being over.

 

9.5 Delays that are not within our control are not our responsibility. If an occurrence beyond our control causes a delay in our ability to supply the products, we will let you know as soon as feasible and take action to lessen the impact of the delay. If we follow through with this, we won’t be held responsible for any event-related delays.

9.6 What will occur if you do not provide us with the necessary information. In order to deliver the products to you, we might require special information from you, such as a recording script, details about the production, or how to pronounce certain terms. If so, it will have been mentioned in the product descriptions on our website. We’ll get in touch with you [via email] to get this information. We reserve the right to terminate the contract or impose an additional fee of a reasonable amount to cover any additional work that must be done as a result if you fail to provide this information within a reasonable amount of time after we request it or if you provide us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

  1. 7 Reasons why we might stop giving you things. We could need to stop supplying a product to:

 

A.) address technical issues or implement modest adjustments to technology;

 

B.) revise the item to reflect modifications to applicable laws and legal requirements;

 

C.) alter the product in accordance with your requests or any changes we’ve informed you about.

10. How to End The Contract With Us (Including if You Have Changed Your Mind)

10.1 You have 14 days from the day you receive the order confirmation to exercise your legal right to cancel the contract, unless one of the following applies:

 

You either have already downloaded the Product, in which case the creative process has already begun and we have incurred the expense of generating the product for you, or you have already gotten the “Processing” signal. This is because once a digital item has been purchased, it cannot be physically returned. You can listen to an extensive demo that is provided on each product page to sample the product, which is an excellent indication of the product itself.

 

  1. 2 Please send an email to radiorajasthan@gmail.com to inform us that the agreement between us is to be terminated. Give your name and email address.

10.4 If you terminate the Contract, we will:

If you cancel before production has begun, option A will refund your entire payment; if you cancel after it has begun, option B will reimburse your entire payment less accumulated costs. Once production has started, a full refund is not possible since we are required to pay our talent (the voices and producers) for all work accomplished, whether or not it will be used; C.) we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been finished and delivered (or in case of instant downloads completed and downloaded by you). Although we won’t let you just “give back” our service by making changes to the order, we will work with you to make any reasonable changes.

10.5 We will make one free revision to your order if you return it because the final result was not what you had expected or ordered.

10.6 Please refer to our Returns Policy above if a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your Contract.

10.7 If you want to change an order that has already been processed, we will determine the price depending on the necessary adjustments. 50% of the initial amount will be the minimum charge.

  1. 8 Instant Downloads—items that are accessible for download right away after you make a purchase, such as presets, music, and sound effect packages. If you cancel, we’ll give you a complete refund. have not accessed the file after making a purchase because you changed your mind (note that we can determine whether download has been made). You can no longer return the instant download once it has been downloaded (digital products cannot be physically returned). Requesting a bespoke demo for presets is a wonderful way to get a feel for the product. You can also sample the product by listening to the extensive demos that are accessible on each product page.   1. 9 When you can expect your reimbursement. Any reimbursements owed to you will be processed as quickly as we can.
